It is designed to completely remove and neutralise 100% of the metals in acidic wastewater in workplaces where acid is used and to discharge it into the sewerage system.
Neutralisation system has 4 compartments;
1st compartment is for recovering precious metals (gold, platinum, palladium) in waste acids.
The 2nd compartment recovers the copper in the waste acids. The system returns copper in metallic form.
3rd compartment; pH regulation compartment. It turns acidic water into neutral water with PH 8.
4th compartment; The neutral water in 3 compartments is passed through the filter press and the sediments are retained and tested in the 4th compartment. and after resting, it is discharged from the weir to the canal.
